It’s believed that the Note 4 carries the model number SM-N910 - with slightly different variations that you can see here. As of June, Samsung itself is listing an SM-N910A on its official website, mentioning that the device has a display with 1440 x 2560 pixels (Quad HD).
Today, we stumbled upon another somewhat official sighting of the SM-N910: one of South Korea’s mobile operators, namely LG U+, is listing a Samsung SM-N910L on its website. While there’s nothing more than this model number to be seen on LG U+’s website, its presence there might mean that the Note 4 will be available shortly after its announcement.
