LG launches Hi-Fi music service for select Android smartphones
LG today announced its own music service for smartphones, which will debut later this month in 70 countries around the world (including the US, Brazil, the UK, France, Italy, Russia, China, and Australia). 

While the service doesn't seem to have a name of its own yet, LG says that it's going to provide Hi-Fi (high fidelity) music to owners of select Android handsets that support 24-bit playback, like the LG G4, G Flex 2, G3, and G2. The service will be accessible via the LG SmartWorld app, as well as at www.lgworld.com.

Even though the LG G3 is the flagship handset for LG, some features that were expected on the device, such as IP67 certification and a Snapdragon 805 chip, were nowhere to be found when the device was introduced at the end of May. So that leads us to the rumored LG G3 Prime. Reportedly carrying a model number of LG-F460, this handset is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 805 CPU and offer IP 67 certification. The latter means that the LG G3 could withstand getting submerged in as much as 3 feet of water, for as long as 30 minutes.

 According to specs taken directly off an LG U.K. website, the soon to be announced LG G3 is expected to feature a microSD slot with a capacity of 2 Terabytes. Each Terabyte is equivalent to 1024 Gigabytes, so you can see just how much additional storage the phone can handle. Of course, there is the possibility that someone at LG made a blunder when transcribing the specs.
